What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. 8 GB of RAM or more is recommended (4 GB works, but AI vocal removal is slower), plus a few GB of free disk space for songs and videos.
The app is built on the Chrome/Edge (Chromium) engine for rendering and export — a dedicated graphics card makes 4K export faster.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Vocal removal, lyric sync, arranging and export all run on your computer. Your licence is checked whenever you are online, and you keep full plan features for 7 days without a connection. Only the cloud AI assistant (lyric fixing, line splitting…) and live streaming need the Internet.
How do licences and devices work?
Sign in inside the app with your phone number or email (one-time code, no password). Your plan belongs to your account: Free works on 1 computer, Pro on 2, Studio on 5. Moving to a new PC? Remove the old one on your Account page and sign in on the new one.
Yearly plans simply expire — there is no automatic charge. When a plan ends you can still open all your projects on the free plan.
Can I publish my videos on YouTube/Facebook?
The app is a tool; rights to a song belong to its songwriters and recording owners. Only publish songs you have the right to use (your own work, licensed music, or within the platform’s own licensing). You are responsible for what you publish — see the Terms of use.
What is the difference between Free and paid plans?
The free plan covers every step of making a video, but videos, recordings and live streams carry a “SongKara · songkara.com” watermark, export is capped at 720p and on-device AI is limited to a few songs a month. Paid plans remove the watermark, export up to 4K and unlock more styles, direct streaming and extra devices.
How do payment and refunds work?
Choose a plan on your Account page and scan the VietQR code with any Vietnamese banking app. Payment is detected and your plan is activated automatically within minutes — no need to send a screenshot.
Your first purchase can be refunded within 7 days if the software isn’t right for you (see the Refund policy).
