Refund policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

We want you to be happy with SongKara. Please try the Free plan before buying. If you bought a plan and the software isn’t right for you, you can request a refund under the conditions below. The Vietnamese version prevails in case of any inconsistency.

1. 7-day refund on your first purchase

  • Licence plans (Pro, Studio…): your account’s first plan purchase is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of successful payment and the account has not been used abnormally (for example, exporting a large number of videos on several computers and then requesting a refund).
  • AI credit packs: within 7 days of payment we refund the value of the unused credits in that pack. Used credits are not refundable because the AI processing cost has already been incurred.

2. Always refunded

  • Duplicate payments for the same order, or paying more than the order amount: the duplicate/excess is refunded.
  • You paid but the plan was not activated, or the software does not run on a computer that meets the published system requirements, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time (at most 7 working days after you report it): full refund, regardless of the 7-day limit.

3. Not eligible

  • Requests after 7 days (except section 2).
  • Renewals or second and later purchases on the same account (except section 2).
  • Accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of use (account sharing, cracking, fraud…).
  • Abuse of this policy (repeated buy-and-refund, multiple accounts belonging to the same person).

4. How to request a refund

Contact the Account page at https://songkara.com with:

  1. Your order code (e.g. SKAB12CD34 — shown on your Account page);
  2. The phone number or email of your account;
  3. The reason (it helps us improve);
  4. The bank, account number and account holder name to receive the refund (ideally the account you paid from).

5. Processing time

We confirm your request within 3 working days and send the refund by bank transfer within 7 working days after approval, free of charge.

6. After a refund

  • The plan or AI credits from the refunded order are revoked and your account returns to the Free plan (activated computers update at their next licence check, within 7 days at most).
  • Your projects and files on your computer are not deleted.
  • Affiliate commissions on refunded orders are reversed: commissions still in the 14-day holding period are cancelled; if already paid out, the amount is deducted from that affiliate’s future payouts.

7. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit your rights under Vietnam’s Law on Consumer Rights Protection and other applicable laws.
